Experience:

Kim has over 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience with a dynamic history of working across diverse industries such as manufacturing, service, and construction, focusing on the strategic development of strong organizations and talented employees. Kimberly joined the team in 2023 and represented Human Resources for Otis Minnesota Services, an Artera company.

Education:

Kim obtained her Master of Business Administration from Medaille College and is a Senior Certified HR Professional through SHRM.

Industry/Community Involvement:

Kim also serves the community by volunteering on various boards, including Leadership Allegany, Alfred State College Advisory Boards, and CTE BOCES Advisory Committee, as well as an Ombudsman for New York State under ESGR (Employer Support of Guard and Reserves).

Kim has served the HR community in various Board of Director Roles with the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA), most recently as President of the 700-member organization.  She has also volunteered at the state level as Director of Workforce Readiness.  Both are affiliates of the Society for Human Resource Management.  Kim has been a judge for the Regional DECA competition within NYS for statewide high school business students for the past ten years.
