Dan Short

Senior Advisor

Experience:

Dan Short joined Miller Pipeline in 2011 as its Chief Financial Officer. He was VP of Finance at an energy company for 10 years prior. From 1990 to 2001, Short served in a variety of financial positions with an investor-owned utility, including CFO of non-regulated operations and treasurer at the holding company level. From 1980 to 1990, he worked for Deloitte, specializing in energy companies and mergers and acquisitions as a senior manager.

Education:

Short graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 1980.

Industry/Community Involvement:

Short is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and AICPA. He formerly served as a board member of the Indianapolis Downtown Inc. and the Julian Center.
