Dan Fox

Chief Financial Officer

Experience:

Dan serves as Chief Financial Officer of Miller Pipeline, bringing over 15 years of financial leadership and industry experience to the role. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent eight years in the Assurance Practice, specializing in public company audits, SOX compliance, and IPO readiness. His tenure included two years in Rotterdam, Netherlands, as part of EY’s Global Exchange Program.

In 2018, Dan joined KS Energy, where he progressed through roles in Assistant Controller and FP&A before being named Vice President of Finance & Administration in 2023. Following the merger with Miller Pipeline in 2024, he assumed the role of Vice President of Field Finance, helping to integrate financial operations across the combined organization.

Education:

Dan holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton. He was an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from 2011 to 2023.
