While we have all seen those employee and customer suggestion boxes, some people believe that these boxes are never really used. Here at Miller Pipeline Corporation we encourage employee input and there have been numerous instances where employee input has resulted in meaningful changes in the way we do things. You are invited to use the "Contact Your H.R. Department" tab and send us an email regarding any thought you may have regarding any aspect of your work. Alternatively, if you want to make an anonymous suggestion, you are invited to drop your recommendation off at the front desk in an envelope addressed to the president or you can anonymously mail in your suggestion with it being addressed to the president. If you send in a suggestion with your name on it, we will get back with you regarding its status. While we want to underscore that we take these suggestions seriously, there are often other constraints outside of the individual's perspective that may not allow for these suggestions to be implemented. Nonetheless, the process works and we encourage anyone with a good idea to let us know. If you have a complaint instead of a suggestion, we ask that you also provide us with a proposed solution. This is an important component of the process and complaints that have well thought out solutions will receive the greatest amount of consideration.
