Miller Pipeline Corporation has a long standing commitment to maintain the highest standards for employee safety and health and the use of controlled substances is contrary to these high standards.

As such, and to ensure Miller Pipeline's compliance with federal law, the company has implemented an audited, approved, and ongoing D.O.T. Anti-Drug, and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program. The purpose of the anti-drug plan is to reduce accidents that result from the use of controlled substances, thereby reducing fatalities, injuries, and property damage which unnecessarily contribute to unacceptable losses.

The Miller Pipeline Anti-Drug Program and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program set forth the requirements of 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 199. Additionally, Miller Pipeline conducts drug and alcohol testing under guidelines and authority of 49CFR Part 40 and Part 382.

The implementation of the anti-drug plan was effective in April 1990. Miller Pipeline Corporation is a drug free company and applicants are required to take a drug test prior to be coming to work and they are retested on a random basis throughout their career with Miller Pipeline.
