Ralph Miller
Vice President of Safety

Ralph Miller has over 42 years of service with Miller Pipeline installing, repairing, and replacing pipelines throughout many parts of the United States. He managed municipal and private pipeline projects from small to large ones in many states.For 25 of those years he worked exclusively with the Trenchless Technologies. He held the position of Manager of Construction Services in 1998 and assumed the role of Corporate Safety Director in 2000. In 2003 he stepped into the position as Vice President of Human Resources where he provided overall direction to labor relations, safety and personnel to ensure all department programs, policies and procedures were in compliance with corporate objectives.  In 2013 he advanced to his current position as Vice President of Safety.

Education history:
Graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1973.

Industry/Community Involvement:
Member of the Distribution Contractors Association, participant in DCA Safety Congress, representative for Miller Pipeline and Board member for NUCA (National Utility Contractors Association) of Indiana and sits on the Indiana Damage Prevention Council as well as a member of the Common Ground Alliance (CGA).
